B2Bmortgage.co.uk is commercial mortgage brokerage. We offer whole of market coverage, and uniquely, we do not charge a broker fee for our service. We work purely on the introductory commissions from the lenders. On average this saves our customers £500 to £2,000 over most other brokers.

Over the years we have built a close working relationship with the major high street banks and the niche commercial lenders. We have built a team of advisors who are ex-lenders themselves and so can advise our customers on what a lender will be looking for in a commercial case, saving time and money for both the lender and the applicant. I can certainly recommend b2b mortgages. Mr Pav Gill gave myself excellent advice which resulted in getting a business mortgage from one of the big high street lenders at a very good rate when all other banks were struggling to lend during these tough economic times.
